01
This is a listening and idea session to establish the scope and estimated budget range for your project. Your space needs, design preferences, and personal details are all identified.
02
In this stage, your design team is chosen, and concepts are turned into a rough schematic floor plan. The accepted plan is reflected in your predicted budget range, and a chart of allowances is prepared for the subsequent selection procedure. At this point, specific code or structural problems will be evaluated and fixed.
03
In order to conclude the bid process, selections and specifications are finalized at this point. In order to maximize design, innovation, and value engineering while staying inside your budget, a complete set of building blueprints is produced. A final construction agreement is submitted for your approval after completion.
04
Any permissions you require will be applied for and filed with your place of residence by your project manager and crew. Your project manager, who will keep your project on schedule and within your budget, will be introduced to you at this point. During a final walk-through of your workspace, you can adjust any aspect of the workflow to suit your needs. Our project managers approach communication in a proactive manner because they are responsible for the on-site cleanliness, safety, and craftsmanship. You’ll constantly be aware of the status of your project.
